14-Day Return and Exchange Policy

No woman knows how a bra is going to fit until she tries it. This is why I’ve been generous in my bra returns and exchanges.

*****I don’t accept returns on bras that are were special ordered and it’s a style or color I don’t carry in my store*****

In order to return or exchange your bra following the steps:

1. Email admin @ aretop.com within 14 days of the date your purchase your bra to let me know you’re not happy with your purchase.  I can help you figure out what’s going on.

2. Please make sure to keep your bra tags.  Your bra needs to be clean and in new condition in order to return or exchange it.

3. Make personally exchange or return the bra at my home shop OR ship the bra back to:

Print, fill out, and include this your package.

You cover the cost to ship it back to me, I recommend using First Class Mail it’s the cheapest option, around $3-4.

4. Once the bra is received it will be inspected to see if it meets the clean and new requirements.   If these requirements aren’t met, we cannot return or exchange it and the bra will be shipped back to you.

5. I will either ship out an exchange (free shipping) or will credit your credit card.  This takes around 2-7 business days to see it on your bank statement.
